Cheryl Christopoulos

Co-Founder

As a Sales Leader and Coach, Cheryl is passionate about driving success & growth for those in the sales profession.

A 15 year IT professional with experience in software development, sales and training, Cheryl has held numerous sales leadership positions including sales trainer, sales manager, productivity coach and sales training manager. Her career spans multiple industries including Oil, Real Estate, SaaS, Healthcare and Staffing.

Top performance awards include Sales MVP, Presidents Club, as well as the Annual Core Value Award for the "Ability to Get Stuff Done".

Cheryl has many years of experience creating and directing highly-regarded sales training, coaching and development curriculum for inside, mid-market and enterprise sales teams across the country. Her programs have led to double-digit revenue production growth and improved sales team retention.

An avid runner and a die-hard baseball and hockey fan, you can find Cheryl either pounding the pavement in training for an upcoming race or cheering on her favorite professional sports teams.

Pete Christopoulos

Co-Founder

Pete has built his Sales Leadership career developing high-performance sales & recruiting teams at all levels.

With over 20 years of experience in the staffing, technology and manufacturing industries, Pete has developed a reputation as a leader with the keen insight and ability to identify areas of opportunity in under-performing and early-stage teams and then install process and accountability to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Under Pete's direction his teams have been awarded "top performer" in countless sales categories, including top branch, top territory, top region, highest headcount and highest growth among others. As a National Sales Manager, Pete was also recognized with the National Award of Excellence for his Sales Teams' performance. Not surprisingly, Pete was a frequent recipient of the annual President's Club Award at all his former organizations.

In addition to being a co-founder of Foxhound Consulting, Pete's competitive drive carries over into the sports world in which he competed and coached collegiately. His passions include hockey, baseball, running and wrestling.
